The building was rebuilt between 2002 and 2005 with great attention to detail. For example, the details of the truss and the load-bearing beams inside the house were deliberately designed to give the house a very special atmosphere.
On the ground floor, two separate entrances provide barrier-free access to the house and allow the grandmother to share a flat on the upper floor. On both floors there is a daylight bathroom with toilet and connections for kitchen equipment.In 2013 a new gas central heating system was installed, in addition there is one on the ground floor.
Directly in front of the house there is a secluded garden of about 400 m², a paved path and a terrace. Another approx. 700 m² garden plot is also part of the offer. It is not directly adjacent to the house, but can be reached quickly via a small path.
The village is located on the B.107 between the motorways BAB 2 and BAB 9. The children of the village are taught in Wiesenburg (primary school) and Bad Belzig (secondary school) and use the kindergarten in Wiesenburg. Bad Belzig is about 10 km away. Neuchütten is a typical street village with an extension of 30 km. The town centre is characterised by the history of the village. Due to the establishment of 2 sawmills at the turn of the century, the place became a small workers’ village. Along the local road there are mostly well-kept private houses with outbuildings or converted former stables, which are also known as the “Pearl of the Fläming”. Wiesenburg with its Renaissance castle and the charming landscape park invites you to linger.
